For our fourth consecutive year, we have performed our enterprise-wide employee listening program that provides insights into employee sentiment. Results showed our culture is a differentiator, managers care for their team members and engagement is high.

The Assurant Foundation

Across our company, employee volunteer teams supported by the Assurant Foundation are engaged in local community initiatives focused on protecting, connecting, and inspiring. Through our global portal, Assurant Cares, we connect, measure and report the ways in which employees and Assurant are assisting in the communities we serve. In 2024 alone, we donated $3.8 million through charitable giving, logged 95K volunteer hours and supported more than 1,800 non-profits globally.
